Dream Bigger Introduction
While Dreaming Bigger is not a challenge to my mind. My Dream Bigger is like a puzzle. Establishing a piece at the time to complete the puzzle of my Dream Bigger. Each piece should properly be in its place but they were not in place. No amount of hard work on the JOB, for the owner, will make you rich but it will make the owner rich. It is true that growing up to say we were poor that is an understatement as I grew up in the country off of a dirt road. Following A Lifetime of hard work with many different jobs. I was not able to retire with a nice nest egg due mainly to being divorced 4 times and bad financial planning. Now retired and looking for the money to enjoy my years left.
I came upon RRR247 and just loved it. I am my own boss. Amazing partnerships with Rory Ricord, Tanya Ricord and other mentors, Great products, great family structure. Fantastic education in all facets of online marketing, life coaching, paying it forward and being the best person that I can be. Being in RRR247 I am now able to complete my Dream Bigger puzzle, even expand it a bunch.
Dream Bigger Gathering Puzzle Pieces
This is true, Before retirement, I have been a PMI trained PMP (certified – Project Management Professional) for 20+ years. Successfully completed major onsite Telecom projects all over this world from US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, UK, Germany, Israel, Nigeria, Kenya, Turkey, China, Russia, Singapore and several more. With all of these projects except 3, were own by very rich and influential men, women and/or families. I was blessed to have work with them. It was quite an experience and I learned so much while expanding my Dream Bigger puzzle.
My Dream Bigger was like a giant puzzle with 100 pieces that I have not completely finished. I had gathered one or more pieces of my Dream Bigger puzzle from each of the customers through out my career. I never was quite able to put all the puzzle pieces together. Life got in the way! I had some setbacks and I felt I had to take one last job for the man. This last job was not part of my Dream Bigger puzzle. Well I will at least go for the second interview. The company informed me that the second interview would take about 5 hours including several panel interviews and a complete tour of their facility. Do I need to add this to my Dream Bigger puzzle or not? All this about the job interview will not be added to my Dream Puzzle at this time.

This is not in my Dream Bigger Puzzle! The driver is here and I am ready to go. His limo is outside and he just called me. It is a long drive about 1 1/2 hours but I don’t mind the ride. Finally got to Houston and then the center. Once we arrived at the center, A gentlemen met me and introduced himself as the Program manager for the project. We walked into the building to get my visitor’s badge. He then walked me around the facility. We ended up in the final interview room. Here we go with all the questions.
The Description Of The Project
The project would last 7 months. But I would need folks that helped with my V-Marketing, ad posting, helping students and other duties in my absence. It certainly would tested my project Management skills. Well you know I would had to go onsite to get a handle on the projects and the challenges involved.”
Before Take off, there was 1 month of testing and training with eating right and exercise (both mind and body). They were very strict in their requirements for the lead Project Manager for the SRP (Satellite Recovery Program). Yes, It was in outer space and I have always wanted to go there. Targeted date On March 27, We would start training on the SRS (Satellite Recovery Shuttle). This Shuttle was designed to handle a large payload. The sole purpose was to Identify weak or dead Satellites/Space Junk, then track, trap, repair and reestablish the satellite’s original orbit. If a satellite was too far gone then it would have to be sent back to earth to the preferred location of the owner.
However, If a satellite was small enough that it would be burned up in reentry into the atmosphere then we would do that. If it were larger then we would work with ground control to target reentry to a place like the Mojave Desert. Some parts and pieces can be reused. The US Military has been using Shuttles in one form or another since early 1980’s and 1990’s. Commercial payloads Have been very successful with the shuttle approach. This project came under the Commercial side of space travel.
More About The Project under discussion
This takes a tremendous amount of coordination with the owner of the satellite/space Junk and all parties involved. This service is not free and depends on the owner of the space junk. They must supply parts and software for refurbishing the satellite and getting the hardware up to us. This is done through the ISS( International Space Station) where we get supplies and fuel for the SRS. Targeted launch date is May 30 at 13:30 EST. Wow, That would be a ride!! We would dock at the ISS prior to our mission and leave the next day.
This is the part that is Highly classified and I can not go into the specifics of the trip. But I can tell you that they are targeting disposal of over 500 tons of space junk and returning several satellites to there original orbit. The mission is targeted for a success, provided there were no hiccups along the way. The return back to earth on December 1 st.
The Interview Is Over
There seems to be lot of work to be done to clean up the mess we, the governments of this world, have dumped into the earth’s atmosphere. The targeted completion all the protocols necessary to continue the future projects.
This project interview is over and Just finished the de-briefing with my future boss at the Command Center. The meeting went well. The later part of the meeting was him telling me I needed to Dream Bigger! He sounded a lot like Rory Ricord, who was my mentor in this partner ship. I understand what both of them said and agreed with them about bigger goals in life to accomplish more meaningful things such as more paying it forward!! This is not in my Dream Bigger Yet!
Ready To Go Home
I am ready to go home. Alright! Driver called and his limo is outside waiting for me. It is an hour and a half ride to my RV home in north west Texas, Just outside Ft Worth. There will be a party tonight with all the Family, Neighbors and Ranch hands. Now In the limo and leaving for home. Been with driver this morning, he knows the way. Now is the time to Put all the puzzle pieces together.
I started putting together my Dream Bigger Puzzle. The first puzzle piece is a 100 acre ranch/farm. In the rolling hills of North East Texas, with 50% Tree covered and 50% pasture. My Lovely wife is a very good artist! She loves planting gardens, growing flowers and lots of crafty things. The second puzzle piece requires I need a four bedroom house with a artist studio, sun room, guest bedroom, master bedroom, patios and a wrap around porch. The third puzzle piece is this ranch/farm would have a strong fence around the fence able areas. This fence would have to be horse high, pig tight and bull strong (A county fence term).
Dream Bigger Puzzle Pieces Coming together
Wow, Additional pieces of my Dream Bigger Puzzle came together in the form of a small herd of cows, under twenty head, and a small herd of rideable Horses, under twenty head. There would be a need for goats for keeping the grass down, donkeys to handle the coyotes, chickens, dogs and cats. We must have a large garden plot surrounded by chicken wire tunnel around the garden area for the chickens to eat the bugs that cross their path and save the garden. There would also be a couple of 50 foot hot houses for specialty plants and flowers for the main house. Close coordination with the local Agriculture offices to keep up on Ranch/farming methods and practices.
Dream Bigger Got to be self sufficient!!
But growing up on a farm, ever so small, I learned we needed to be self sufficient as much as possible due to the uncertainty of the world. Then more puzzle pieces come together. I want 2 or more spring fed water sources with a small pond on each of the 25 acers. We need 3 to 4 barns of good size. One for horse barn, one for cattle barn and one for equipment barn, doing odd jobs and anything else would be the last barn.
We would have a place for bees far away from the house. WE also need a 1/2 acre garden with everything you can name This Ranch would also have a runway for a medium size plane and hanger. And still more puzzle pieces come together. Probably a Twin engine Beechcraft turbo. I would need a tiny house for each of the ranch Hand families to stay in and some extra for visitors.
Dream Bigger I am Home
More puzzles pieces come together. You should see the long treed driveway to my ranch house in north east Texas. I see the horses frolicking’s around running along side anyone traveling up the driveway within there fenced pasture. On the other side I see cows heading for the barn. As we approach the house, I see my Plane in the hanger. As soon as the Dream Bigger is in place there will be a party with all the Family, Neighbors and Ranch hands.
Now It Is A Party
Still more Puzzles pieces come together. Now I see about 25 cars parked in the back of the house. This included the Mayor of our small town, Sheriff’s car, Fire Chief’s car, several neighbor’s cars and pickups. There were several Rental cars also. The ranch hands finishing up all the side dishes for the meal including Grilled Chickens, Garlic mash Potatoes, Southern cold slaw, ranch beans, grilled asparagus, homemade BBQ hot sauce, black-eyed peas and beans, an assortment of fresh pies and homemade Chocolate and vanilla ice cream. We did not forget steaming hot rolls. There is a half of a cow on the spit that is just about ready to eat.
The glow of the embers shining brightly against the coming night. As I moved around the party area visiting with everyone checking for empty glasses or needed refills. It seemed everyone was having a great time. Some even suggested that we should do this more often.
Working the party
More pieces of the Dream puzzle, the ranch hands greeting everyone and making them feel welcome. Other ranch hands are fixing drinks and helping them with snacks. Everyone was hugging as we welcomed each other. Then a big hug from my lovely Wife Deb! Hey, there was Rory, Tanya, Peter, Adele, Kathleen. Toni and several additional folks from the RRR247 family, My Family, My Friends, also. These are all Good People. Almost all of the Family and Friends had sign up under me for RRR247 PBS or Velovita and all were thriving well. We depended on each other for help in and out of the business.
A little speech
More pieces pf the puzzle formed. Just a few minutes after the welcoming for everyone ended, the music stopped. They started saying “Speech, Speech, Speech” then they started to getting louder and louder. I finally answered ” ok” and they became quiet. So I took a place standing on the side porch so all could hear! “First, I would like to thank you all for accepting our invitation for coming out tonight and my lovely wife and myself hope you guys have a great time”. “Well I went on a interview today for a JOB”. I heard several ‘boo’s’ but continued. “I got permission to discuss an overview of this project. But that’s as far as I can go with it”.
All About The Interview
Now about the project interview! I arrived at the site this morning. Did the tour and ended up in the interview room. They questioned me for about 3 and 1/2 hours. At the of the day, I was asked to leave the room and wait outside. I exited the room and waited outside in the hallway. After some Minutes they asked me to come back in the room. Once I sat down the chairman announced that the job was mine if I wanted it. I thanked them and stated that I would like to consult my wife before I answer. They agreed and I have to get back with them no later than tomorrow. That was the end of the interview.
The project was for me to join a team to ride a shuttle to the International Space Station. We would stay there there one night and onward to our destination to Outer Space around the earth. After the Interviews were over, they asked me to step into the Hallway while they deliberated my fate. Soon they asked me to come back in the room. Once I was setting down they gave me the verdict. The lead manager said that the job was mine if I wanted it. After some discussion, I stated than I would like to talk this over with my wife. They agreed and that was it.
All Dream Bigger Puzzle Pieces Are In Place
What! Yes, All the puzzle pieces were together. What a Dream!!!! The driver pulled up to my RV Park slot 6 and I got out. I tipped him for letting me sleep on the way back. Dream Bigger, I remember it well! My Journey has started and will be completed.
I see my lovely wife Deb. She is not a Dream! We talked about it and I have arrived at four results:
- Dream Bigger – As big as you can.
- Don’t let anyone sabotage your Dream Bigger. An absence from my RRR247 business for 8 months would cost me lost revenue for 2 years. I would lose more by going to space than I would remaining home.
- Just because you completed your Dream Bigger Page that is not the end. It is the start for putting all your talents to make your Dream Bigger happen. Stay the course!!
